National pretzel brand Wetzel’s will soon open a new Central Florida location at 1601 Rinehart Road in Sanford, according to public records. The location will be run by franchisee Miguel “Mike” Sepulveda.
Readers should note that this Wetzel’s will be found inside the Sanford Walmart, allowing busy shoppers a quick snack on the premises.
Wetzel’s pretzels come in flavor profiles like Wetzel’s Original, Sinful Cinnamon, and Almond Crunch. Cheese Pretzels come in varieties like Cheese Meltdown, Pepperoni Twist, and Jalapeno Cheese Melt. The menu also features pretzel-wrapped hotdogs called Pretzel Dogs and bite-sized pretzels called Wetzel Bits.
No exact opening date has been announced.
