Upscale sports pub Yard House is eyeing a second Orlando location.

Part of the Darden family, the restaurant has filed plans with Orange County to open in the former Joe’s Crab Shack location on W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

The massive 10,999 square foot restaurant would seat 368 people with indoor and outdoor dining and the restaurant’s signature bar that forms the centerpiece and focal point of the restaurant, according to @jaredjonesorlandorealtor.

This would be the second Yard House in Orlando, with the first opening in 2014 at Icon Park. This new location, however, would be a prime spot to attract Walt Disney World and Margaritaville visitors.

Founded in 1996 in Long Beach, California, Yard House became popular for its classic American sports bar-meets-ale-house vibes. The restaurant features an extensive selection of beers on tap and a menu of pub favorites like burgers, tacos, chicken wings, and salads. The restaurant also offers sports viewing on giant screens throughout the facility.

In 2012, restaurant giant Darden purchased Yard House from private equity firm, TSG Consumer Partners LLC for $585 million in an all-cash transaction. Darden owns and operates more than 2,100 restaurants across its portfolio of 11 brands that includes popular names like Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Seasons 52, and more.
