CrossMarc Services’ Vice President of Sales and Leasing Brian K. Watson, CCIM, brokered a new five-year lease for CB Power Yoga LLC, operating as Align Studio, at 500 South Park Ave., Suite 201, in downtown Winter Park.
Align Studio, the boutique fitness brand founded in Crested Butte, Colo., operates under the CB Power Yoga umbrella, which was established four years ago by founder and CEO Adriana Talbot. The brand has experienced strong growth, including a thriving location in Dallas, and has now expanded into downtown Winter Park.
Align Studio offers an elevated, full-service boutique fitness experience, featuring Pilates, sculpt, yoga, and prenatal classes designed to build strength, alignment, and community.
The new Winter Park studio that occupies a second floor suite in the Class A, 15,000-square-foot building is now open.

The newly renovated second level at 500 South Park Ave. has one 2,977 square foot space that remains available for retail or office users seeking a prime downtown Winter Park address. One of its newest anchor tenants, The Chapman, a highly rated restaurant that opened last spring, has contributed to increasing foot traffic and visibility at the location.
