A new Magic Bavarian Nuts store is among the many new businesses coming to Orlando’s Town Center at O-Town West, which is currently under construction between Disney World and Universal.
Co-founder and CEO Rahman Pesciotta said he expects the store to be open in the third quarter of 2022.
Magic Bavarian Nuts, which are sourced, roasted and packed in the United States, have been sold in shopping mall kiosks and sports arenas since 1996. (Orlando residents and visitors may have seen one inside the Florida Mall or the Vineland Outlet Mall.)
In 2017, the company took its products to the retail market, including supermarkets, hotels — and its own stores.
How did Pesciotta become involved? After 10 years working in sales for multinational engineering companies, Pesciotta, looking for a change, said he hired a consulting company to boost his career.
Two years later, when he was 30 years old, married and with a newborn daughter, he started his first business in Brazil, a building technologies company that, over the next 10 years, became very successful.
In late 2014, he got the opportunity to come to the United States to start a business and today he is the CEO of the Magic Bavarian Nuts company and is bringing a store to one of Orlando’s hottest new retail locations, Town Center at O-Town West.
Look for the new store just in time for Christmas — Bavarian nuts are extremely popular at Christmas — in 2022.
