A Publix grocery store will act as the anchor for the $700 million Packing District development at Princeton Street & Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando according to a story by The Bungalower.

Located in the Fairvilla neighborhood west of College Park, the 27,512 square-foot grocery store is expected to begin construction in mid-2022. Dr. Phillips Charities is leading the development of the Packing District, which spans 202 acres in the City of Orlando.

With over one million projected square-feet of commercial and office space, the Packing District project has been ongoing since early 2018.
