As the second location in the Equitek Ventures retail lineup, The CBD Shoppe will open in Oviedo located at 1121 Alafaya Trail Suite 1005 Oviedo, FL. The store will host a wellness-themed Grand Opening on Saturday, January 28th from 10am – 2pm featuring food samples courtesy of Bolay, CBD sodas from Orlando’s only non-alcoholic bar, The BANDBOX, a 25% in-store customer discount, and more.
The new store aims to become “the Apple store of CBD shops” with a clean, white, bright interior, knowledgeable staff to help consult customers on the best products tailored to their needs, and an overall safe environment customers feel comfortable calling their go-to shop.
“CBD was such a big help for me personally, struggling with general work and life stressors. I saw what it was capable of and wanted to find a way to help others. Opening a store seemed like the next natural step but I didn’t want it to be like a lot of other stores where they offer products they don’t know much about or the store doesn’t feel safe and inviting and the products themselves aren’t the quality I would consume, myself,” said co-owner Kevin Fernandes in a statement.
Adding to the safety element, the store offers products beyond the stereotypical CBD items popularly sold. Adjacent the lounge, customers can find a thoughtfully-decorated consultation wall showcasing various products spanning from beauty to pets.
“We want to become a destination for customers that makes them feel good. That makes them feel safe and like they can enjoy our lounge space while shopping for items like CBD-based eye creams, hand salves, pain relief lotions, calming pet treats, and more unique products that offer something for everyone in your life,” says co-owner Pedro Olavarria.
The CBD Shoppe will be open seven days a week, operating 10am – 10pm Sunday – Thursday and 10am – 11pm Friday and Saturday.
