A Hawaiian Bros is Opening in the Thompson Thrift Development

The fast casual chain is anticipated for the end of 2024.

A new location of Hawaiian Bros is coming to the Thompson Thrift development at 99th Avenue and McDowell Road, according to ABC15 Arizona.

The restaurant offers plate lunches of sweet and savory chicken, pork, or veggies, as well as sides such as rice, macaroni salad, pineapple, and Spam Musubi. They also have a salad option, which is their Huli Huli Chicken on romaine lettuce with mandarin oranges, green onions, cilantro, and chow mein noodles served with their own island vinaigrette. For dessert, there is DOLE SOFT SERVE®.

Thompson Thrift has released the following about the complex: “Thompson Thrift is excited to announce the acquisition of a 21-acre parcel located at the convergence of Interstate 10 and the Loop 101 in Phoenix, AZ. Thompson Thrift is currently working on final site plan approval to develop a mixed-use project on the property that will feature luxury apartment homes and a 65,000 square foot, grocer anchored shopping center. Located at the NEC of 99th Avenue and McDowell Road, the site sits just off two of the Phoenix metros busiest freeways, which feature more than 300,000 vehicles per day. The property is the last undeveloped corner at this regional intersection, which already features Costco, Harkins Theaters, Main Event, Mountainside Fitness, Chick-Fil-A and almost 100 additional retailers and restaurants.”

The grand opening of the Hawaiian fast casual chain is anticipated for the end of 2024, but an exact date has not been announced yet.
