Angie’s Lobster is a new fast-casual lobster restaurant brought to us by the founders of Salad and Go, Tony and Roushan Christofellis. Angie’s Lobster specializes in $9.99 Lobster Rolls or Fried Lobster Finger meals served with fries and a drink. While their Tempe location will hold a soft opening this month, their website announces four additional locations in Phoenix, Mesa, and Glendale that will open throughout Spring and Summer of 2022.

Angie’s Lobster sources wild caught lobster from Canada and Maine, which they transport into Arizona themselves to cut out any middlemen. They also only serve lobster, bread, fries, Angie’s sauce, lemonade and ice tea, as their mission is to keep efficiency high without chasing revenue to give customers the highest-quality meals available.

All locations will be drive-thru only. Until the four additional locations open, interested customers can travel to Tempe where they will offer walk-up service while their drive-thru is still being built. Stay tuned for updates on their Facebook page.

Correction: An earlier version of this article stated that the soft opening has already started, when it will actually start on November 30, 2021. It also stated that all locations will have walk-up service, but eventually all locations will be drive-thru only.
