Tony and Roushan Christofellis are launching a new drive-through eatery called Angie’s Prime Grill, according to Mouth by Southwest.
The Christofellis also started Salad and Go, which began in Gilbert and has now grown to over 100 locations, along with gaining success with multiple locations of their second venture Angie’s Lobster as well.
A post regarding the opening was made to the Angie Lobster Facebook page stating the following: “Our Founders, Tony and Roushan, have created a new drive-thru restaurant concept that’s making more luxury foods affordable to everyone!”
The new concept will offer a variety of warm rice bowls, grilled burritos, and fresh-cut salads featuring USDA prime top sirloin steak, Maine lobster tails, and organic chicken served with bold sauces. These will be made with gourmet and organic ingredients.
Although no addresses have been shared for the new business yet, the location is expected to open next year in February or March, with two more locations to follow later in 2024. Until then, a pop-up version is anticipated for October, as well as a food truck in November.
