Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill is opening a Queen Creek restaurant.
The restaurant, specializing in classic American fare and family-friendly hospitality, has filed planning permits with the Town of Queen Creek for an Applebee’s restaurant with pickup window at the corner of E. Rittenhouse Road and Ellsworth Road, in front of the Harkins Theaters. No opening date has been announced. The project is also listed on the Town of Queen Creek’s “New Business” page under the “coming soon”. Applebee’s operates under Dine Brands Global, with RMH Franchising the franchise/partner in the Phoenix area, with about two dozen Applebee’s already in its Arizona portfolio.
A favorite American chain, the first Applebee’s opened in 1980 by Bill and T.J. Palmer in Decatur, Georgia. The restaurant, which changed its name to Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, is known for its burgers, ribs, and value-driven food and drink specials — including one-dollar margarita promotions and its Club Applebee’s, where members can access various rewards and birthday meals. The restaurant strives to be community-focused, and its slogan is “Eatin’ good in the neighborhood”. The restaurant chain also supports local charities and hosts local fundraises.
Applebee’s currently operates more than 1,500 locations throughout the U.S. and 11 other countries.
