VAI Resort, Arizona’s largest hotel and resort is getting ready to open later this year, located at the heart of Glendale at 9601 Cardinals Way.

The new resort spans over 60 acres and features over 1,100 luxury hotel rooms and suites, a world-class entertainment stage, 12 dining concepts, expansive white sand beaches, and crystal clear waters for day and nightlife activations. On top of being the newest go-to destination to relax and have fun, the space will feature various elevated onsite dining establishments, offering a range of international cuisines. VAI Resort is set to open in late 2024, according to social media updates.

Out of the 12 restaurants coming to the development, six of them will have stunning waterfront views. There will also be ten unique bar and cocktail resort experiences ranging from sports-themed concepts to bars perfect for a night out, such as a two-story nightclub. Finally, there will be Konos Island, the first man-made party island in the U.S. The island will be a gallant beach paradise inspired by the Mykonos, with cabana service, a DJ booth, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, and a Dubai-inspired aerial bar amid panoramic views.

“A recasting of experiential dining and drinking is happening at VAI,” according to the resort’s website. “Inspired by cuisine from around the world – we will have everything from Mediterranean to Italian, and Latin, and along with fresh new twists on the more traditional steakhouse and American cuisine, here is your indulgent Glendale, Arizona, desert escape to nourishment of body and mind with tasty temptations and libations. There is no dearth of food and drink affairs at VAI Resort.”
