Out in Chandler, a new restaurant called Better Days AZ just received an interim restaurant permit to serve customers at 4080 W. Ray Road. Representatives for the restaurant tell What Now Phoenix that they were originally supposed to open in Surprise, but are now excited to bring their venture to Chandler.
They have not disclosed any further details about their menu offerings or opening date. However, an Instagram page suggests that Better Dayz AZ will be a sports-themed bar and grill. The restaurant will be taking over the former Twisted Cactus Brew & BBQ, which Maricopa Country declared closed in in April due to inoperation.
While it was still in business, Twisted Cactus was a local hangout for craft beers and burgers, plus BBQ ribs and Mexican fare. We’re excited to learn if Better Dayz AZ will serve a similar menu or something completely unexpected. Stay tuned.
