Black Rock Coffee Bar, a renowned coffee bar available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and Washington, has proposed a new location in Peoria on the southeast corner of W. Lone Mountain Pkwy & N El Mirage Rd.

The new site has been proposed to open in the Shops C Building of Vistancia Point, sharing the building with Postnet, Happy Ears, and CityVet, according to the Barclay Group and first reported by UpperWestSidePHX. Other proposed businesses set for the development, currently under construction, include Jersey Mike’s Subs, Baskin Robbins, Zara Nail Bar, Kingsman Barbershop, Heartland Dental, M.D. Now, Thai Chili 2 Go, Taco Bell, Mountain America Credit Union, McDonalds, and more.

While it’s hard to say when this location will open, it proves Black Rock Coffee Bar is growing incredibly fast. Last month, the coffee brand continued its rapid growth in Arizona by opening two new locations in the Phoenix Metro Area, according to a press release. The new stores in Tolleson and Mesa will bring the number of Black Rock Coffee Bar locations in the metro area to 41 and the statewide total to 51.

The Tolleson location, at 225 N. 107th Avenue, and the Mesa store, located at 1825 S. Mesa Drive, both opened last month. To celebrate the grand opening, the boutique coffee chain offered all customers $2.00 Medium drinks at each location on their respective opening days and other specials throughout the following week.

“These new locations reflect our commitment to serving more communities in Arizona, a state that has embraced Black Rock Coffee Bar since our arrival,” Mark Davis, CEO of Black Rock Coffee Bar, said last month in a press release. “As we expand, we remain focused on delivering exceptional coffee and fostering connections in every community we join.”

The new 2000-square-foot Black Rock Coffee Bar store showcases the boutique coffee chain’s signature industrial modern design. The design philosophy aims to ensure that visitors can enjoy their favorite beverages and relax, work, and socialize in a laid-back and inviting environment. If the new Vistancia Point location opens, customers can expect the same menu and excellent customer service.
