A new restaurant called Brunch Bros is coming soon to northern Tempe. Suite 104 at 1158 W. Washington St. was formerly Cafe Roma, but now it will be transformed into a new breakfast and lunch spot, according to recent real estate intel.

Ambroz Duhanaj, who is a partner with Brunch Bros, tells What Now Phoenix that they will be ready to debut in February. Until then, the 1,979 square-foot restaurant space is undergoing a full build-out, while the website and social media pages are also currently being built.

Though many of the details are still being worked out, Duhanaj says that we can expect classic American brunch fare. He adds that they will offer favorites like crepes, pancakes, and sandwiches that you won’t find anywhere else.

Duhanaj and his partners have 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. While they’ve opened many businesses in Michigan, Brunch Bros will be their first venture in Arizona. Stay tuned for more information as it is obtained.
