Buck & Rider, in addition to adding another location in Scottsdale, is slated to add a third location at 3150 E Ray Road in Gilbert to join the upcoming Epicenter at Agritopia.

The restaurant, run by the LGO Hospitality and owned by Bob Lynn, provides diners with seafood and steak options with their seafood being bought directly from the vendors.

According to the website, they take “advantage of fishing conditions” and “fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate — a first for Arizona.” In addition, their steaks are of their own LGO-Reserve Beef.

The upcoming location, according to recent reporting from abc15, will have a 6,800 square-foot interior dining area with a 4,000 square foot patio and bar.

Joe Johnston, the president and founder of the Johnston & Co. developing the Epicenter, said that Buck & Rider will be “the cornerstone” of a plan to bring some of Arizona’s top restaurants, including Spinato’s Pizzeria and Belly Kitchen, together.

As of now, no opening date for the restaurant or the Epicenter has been set, although the Epicenter itself is slated for sometime in spring 2022.
