Cafe Rio Mexican Grill announced the opening of two new locations in Maricopa County this Spring – Chandler and Buckeye, Arizona. The first Cafe Rio Mexican Grill opened in 1997 in Southern Utah.

The new Cafe Rio Mexican Grill location in Chandler will be located at Alma School Road & Ray Rd. on 1010 North Alma School Rd and is scheduled to open on Friday, April 8. Cafe Rio will be celebrating the store opening Friday and Saturday with games including Plinko and corn hole, where attendees can participate to win a variety of prizes, as many as 100 winners could receive a free meal! Plus, Cafe Rio will be offering chips and pico de gallo for $1.99. The second location will be opening in Buckeye at Verrado on 19550 W Indian School Rd and will be bringing the same grand opening excitement into the weekend, Friday, April 29 through Saturday, April 30.
Each of the two new locations in Maricopa County will feature Cafe Rio favorites like the sweet pork burrito, Enchilada Style, and our fire-grilled chicken salad with our creamy tomatillo dressing, in addition to a full menu of chef-inspired burritos, salads, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and more. All dishes are fully customizable, so plan to bring the whole family along, because there’s surely a favorite for everyone.
