Cannon Beach, the premier destination fusing lifestyle and adrenaline in the heart of Mesa, is quickly transforming into a one-of-a-kind hub with 11 exciting tenants already open and more than 20 new businesses on the horizon.

Cannon Beach already features a diverse lineup of tenants offering food, wellness, and lifestyle services, according to InBusinessPHX. Dining options include Moku Hawaiian Grill, The Fresh Monkee Smoothies, Two Hands Corn Dogs, Guru Indian Cuisine, Boba Time, and Russo’s Italian Kitchen. For beverages and community events, Hooligan’s Coffee House serves as a local gathering spot. Wellness and beauty services are provided by High5Nails, Ananda Aveda Salon, and Live IV Hydration. The mix of tenants makes Cannon Beach a convenient destination for dining, self-care, and social activities.

This is just the beginning for Cannon Beach. Over 20 more tenants are set to open next year, such as 4Ever Young, DZO BBQ, La Taqueria Factory, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Cinnabon, Peach Cobbler Factory, The Yard Milkshake Bar, Buena Papa, Bosa Donuts, Wetzel’s Pretzels, George’s Sports Bar, Creekside Tacos, Nautical Bowls, LV11 Entertainment, KTR, Mini City, Breakthrough, and more! Adam Saks, COO at Connon Beach, tells What Now Phoenix that most of these tenants will be owned and operated independently by each company. However, LV11 Entertainment will be owned and operated by the water park, offering various entertainment options, such as an on-site movie theater.

“Cannon Beach has been in the works for a long time, and it’s incredible to see it finally come to life,” Cole Cannon, co-founder and developer of Cannon Beach, said in a news release. “It’s not just about bringing the beach to the desert, it’s about bringing people together. These tenants are the heartbeat of this space, offering something for everyone and setting the tone for what’s still to come.”

In a recent conversation with What Now Phoenix, Saks shared updates on the development’s timeline and plans. Saks says that some of the newly announced tenants are expected to open by the end of this year, with a majority slated to launch in the first and second quarters of next year. Looking ahead, the Cannon Beach team is also planning two hotel developments. One of them, the Cannon Hotel, is anticipated to be completed within the next two to three years and will include a range of on-site dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a rooftop bar. Details about the second hotel are still limited, but Saks confirmed it will also feature on-site dining and is expected to open within the same general timeframe.
