Cooper’s Hawk Winery And Restaurants is a fusion of familiar elements — modern casual restaurant, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market — combined to create an entirely new hospitality experience. Headquartered in Downers Grove, IL and founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery, Cooper’s Hawk offers a contemporary American menu with thoughtfully curated food and award-winning wine pairings.

This location features an indoor dining room with seating for 245 guests, along with a covered patio with expansive views that accommodates an additional 48 guests. The restaurant design is inspired by the surrounding dessert landscape, balancing grounded, natural tones with clean architectural lines. Neutral finishes are layered with warm wood, terracotta accents and textured details while a hand-painted mural by local artist Lauren Lee extends this narrative to the exterior facade.
The venue also houses flexible private dining space for up to 48 guests. As with every Cooper’s Hawk location, the restaurant is fronted by a Napa-style tasting room and retail space.
