Dink & Dine Pickle Park, a new “eatertainment” concept that combines pickleball, dining, and social events, is launching its first location in Mesa at 1017 N. Dobson Road.
The flagship venue is set to open in July 2025 within the Mesa Riverview, with future expansion planned in California, Washington, Colorado, Las Vegas, and Idaho. The 63,000-square-foot facility will feature 13 indoor and outdoor courts designed to support players of all skill levels. From beginner clinics and youth programs to competitive leagues and tournaments, Dink & Dine aims to create a welcoming environment for both casual and serious players.
While pickleball will be the highlighted sport, this entertainment venue will also have plenty to eat and drink. Dink & Dine will feature multiple dining concepts, offering a menu that extends far beyond typical sports-venue fare. Dishes will include shareables like brisket-loaded fries, smoked salmon dip, and jumbo wings, along with salads, burgers, steaks, and rotating seasonal specials. Options like the pickle-brined fried chicken sandwich and prime rib beef dip reflect the venue’s commitment to comfort food with a culinary twist.
Guests will be able to enjoy meals courtside, in private dining areas, or during special events such as happy hour and movie nights. Dink & Dine also offers a mobile ordering system and curated picnic baskets, making it easy to eat well whether you’re playing or just relaxing.
Beyond pickleball and food, the park will offer a full calendar of entertainment, including live music, themed nights, casual games like cornhole, and dedicated spaces for socializing. Private event packages are available for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, corporate outings, and wedding receptions, complete with catering and indoor court access.
Founded in 2022 by a team of sports and hospitality enthusiasts, which includes co-founders Monica Challingsworth and David Barrows, Dink & Dine was created to blend recreation with restaurant-quality dining. As it prepares to open in Mesa this summer, the company is positioning itself as more than a place to play—it’s a space to gather, eat, and enjoy.
