We already know that there’s a ton of highly-anticipated dining options headed for Surprise’s exciting new development, Village at Prasada. But it’s no surprise for a city that is quite far from the rest of Phoenix metro and all it has to offer.
Another incoming tenant is Tucson-based Eegee’s, which has been opening plenty of new locations throughout the Valley. Spawning from its roots as a frozen lemonade vending truck, Eegee’s is known for their refreshing frozen fruit beverages, plus grinders, fries and salads.
“Anyone that lives in Surprise knows how long they currently have to drive to visit some of these existing restaurants’ locations, so being able to give them the food that they want in a center that is more convenient for them, that’s the dream as a developer,” SimonCRE Founder and CEO Joshua Simon said in a press release obtained by AZ Central. SimonCRE is developing Village at Prasada and the restaurant district within it, Street Fare at Alexandria.
Other restaurants headed for Street Fare at Alexandria include Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Barrio Queen, and O.H.S.O. Brewery.
