Eureka!, a full-service hamburger restaurant based in Hawthorne, CA, is preparing to open a new location in Tempe at 690 S Novus Pl #173.

The company’s newest location will move into the upcoming Novus Innovation Corridor, a 10 million square foot mixed-use urban ecosystem embedded in ASU’s main campus. Eureka! Restaurant Group is currently hiring for the location and expects to open sometime next month, according to the company’s website. This will be the first time Eureka! expands to Arizona, with sites in California, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, and Washington.

“With a commitment to being a scratch kitchen and providing exceptional hospitality, Eureka! creates a one-of-a-kind dining experience like no other restaurant: great food accompanied by a creative craft beverage program,” according to the company’s website. “Eureka! features an elevated collection of the best local craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and classic cocktails at an approachable price point that is perfect for the local community to dine, drink, and socialize.”

Novus Place, an entertainment district in the latest phase of the Novus Innovation Corridor, has already announced several new restaurants coming to the area, including three Fox Restaurant Concepts: Blanco Cocina + Cantina, Flower Child, North Italia, as well as Flagship Restaurant Group’s Blue Sushi Sake Grill, local breakfast favorite Over Easy, and acai and superfood bowl franchise, Nautical Bowls, which are all expected to open later this year.
