Firecreek Coffee Company, a Flagstaff favorite for specialty brews and local music, is opening two new spaces in Phoenix.

With coffee bars firmly established in Flagstaff, Cottonwood, and Sedona, Firecreek has been supplying northern Arizonans with mindfully-crafted, small-batch coffee — both in cafes and wholesale — for ten years. And the demand is only increasing. According to owner Mike Funk, “Sales have gone through the roof. It just goes to show how well the local model is working.”

And this summer, Firecreek’s coffee roasters will officially become Phoenix locals. Their first spot, a coffee bar and cafe, will open at 4602 E Thomas Road. And by the fall, they hope to open their Phoenix “Roastery,” two years in the making, complete with multiple floors, a full bar and restaurant, and live performances. And yes, of course–their signature coffee. The venue is currently under construction at 1618 E McDowell Rd.
