Flower Child, the healthy restaurant that features “good-for-you” bowls, salads, wraps, and vegetables, is coming to Surprise.
The restaurant is planning to move into the yet-to-open Prasada East development, at the crossroads of Waddell Road and Sarival Avenue. An opening date has not been announced.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the restaurant is one of the first confirmed tenants at the center, which will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market and will also have space for several more restaurant tenants in the future. The development is being led by SimonCRE, which is in discussions with other potential restauranteurs.
Fox Restaurant Concepts‘ Flower Child offers scratch-made meals with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options so everyone has a seat at the table. Menus vary by location, but guests can expect salads, bowls, avocado toasts, and wraps. Entrees and bowls are customizable, with customers choosing their protein of choice, vegetables, and more to create their very own creation. The restaurant uses fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients where possible, making it a healthful choice for people seeking a cleaner approach to eating.
The Phoenix-based restaurant grown has seen incredible growth with 44 locations in several states, with plans for as many as 200 Flower Child restaurants in the future.
