Like so many concepts popping up these days, Fly Bye To Go, the Detroit-style pizza and fried chicken joint operated by Fox Restaurant Group, aims to provide a quick-service, grab-and-go experience for Phoenicians looking to satisfy a craving. The brand, which primarily caters to pick-up and take-out orders, will continue in this mission by opening a second Phoenix-area location. Fly Bye To Go is headed to North Phoenix’s Desert Ridge Market Place.
“No seats, no fuss. Just your go-to favorites to-go from Fox Restaurant Concepts,” shares the hospitality group’s website. Although actually, according to AZ Big Media, the second Fly Bye spot will have a few seats for dine-in service. “Our goal in creating Fly Bye was to provide a fast, easy and fun experience with delicious comfort food that the whole family can enjoy,” founder, Sam Fox, told AZ Big Media. “I hope the North Phoenix neighborhood loves it as much as we do.”
But regardless of where it’s located or where you take the food once you’ve ordered, Fly Bye’s concept remains the same: cheesy square pies and crispy chicken wings to take home. Fly Bye’s menu boasts chicken tenders, wings, salads, and an array of specialty pizzas like Black Truffle Mushroom, Sausage and Caramelized Onion, and Artichoke Pesto.
According to the eatery’s website, you’ll be able to order from the Desert Ridge location by Summer 2022.
