Texas-based Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is adding another location to their list as they move into 350 S Mill Avenue where Americana used to be.

The restaurant chain, which officially opened up shop in 2003, has now spread into more than 100 locations across the country. Fans of the restaurant gravitate toward the Baja tacos and frozen margaritas.

The upcoming restaurant, located just a few doors down from a former Fuzzy’s location, will have 21 TVs, a full bar, and 16 taps.

What Now Phoenix spoke with franchisee Ryan Lee on Tuesday, who said, “We’ll also have much bigger patio space and we’re going to double the number of seats we have in the Glendale location.”

That doubling will contain just over 5,000 square feet for the new restaurant to play with.

“We’re just waiting on some of the final inspections to go through before we can officially open,” says Lee, who is hopeful those inspections will be complete within around a month or so.
