Hash Kitchen, a veritable disruptor to the traditional brunch scene, will open two new locations sometime next year – one in Gilbert’s trendy Verde at Cooley Station on E Williams Field Road, and the other in Peoria’s entertainment, shopping, and dining district P83, located south of Bell Road on 83rd Avenue – according to a company spokesperson.
Helmed by “hospitality visionary,” Chef Joey Maggiore, Hash Kitchen was an instant success when it opened in 2015 thanks to its extensive build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and weekend DJs.
Likewise, its got a menu that’s nothing short of inspired, with ambitious burgers such as the Notorious Burger and Best F#*%ing Birria Sandwich, a Poutine Fried Pork Loin Hash, Hangover Hash, and the confidently named, Your Taco Shop Wishes Their Birria Burrito Was This Good, amongst many, many others.
The brand currently operates five locations throughout the Valley, including in Chandler, Phoenix/Arcadia, and Peoria, as well as two in Scottsdale.
In addition to Hash Kitchen, Maggiore also runs the eponymous restaurant group – The Maggiore Group – responsible for the joint Sicilian restaurant and bakery, The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker, which recently announced plans to open another 20 locations both in Arizona and beyond.
