Hope’s Artisan Bread, a wildly popular bakery in Litchfield Park, is plotting a second location in the West Valley. They are a go-to spot for sourdough bread that is baked fresh daily, wielding a centuries-old technique that uses no commercial yeast, additives or preservatives, as well as a wide variety of scratch-made pastries.

The family-owned bakery is named for owner Hope Mendrin. “We are so excited for what is to come for our community! Being able to get our sourdough breads and pastries at a brand new partnership location, this expansion has been much needed and anticipated by many of our customers. We look forward to sharing more details on this project,” Mendrin tells What Now Phoenix.

While Mendrin remained tight-lipped around where else we might be able to find Hope’s Artisan Bread in the future, she did say that it will be around 15 miles away from their current location in Litchfield Park, assuring that they would remain in the West Valley. She anticipates opening the new location this fall.

Additional details are forthcoming. For updates, be sure to follow @hopesartisanbread on Facebook and Instagram, and check out www.hopesartisanbread.com for more information.
