KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, a beloved Maryland-based restaurant chain with a strong East Coast presence, is set to bring its unique culinary experience to the heart of Mesa Riverview this fall, according to Mouth by Southwest.
Established in 2016, KPOT has been steadily gaining popularity, and their new Mesa location will be at 1940 W. Rio Salado Parkway.
Focused on a fusion of traditional Asian hot pot and the bold flavors of Korean BBQ, the chain describes itself as “a unique, hands-on, all-you-can-eat experience.” They offer options for diners to choose from: for $18.99 during lunchtime or $28.99 for dinner, you customers can have an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ experience. They also offer the option to build your own hot pot. With seven diverse soup bases to choose from, you can create your ideal hot pot. For just an additional $5, you can indulge in both the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and the build-your-own hot pot.
With 47 locations already across the United States and more than 100 in development, KPOT is on a rapid growth trajectory.
An opening date has not been announced yet, and KPOT did not immediately reply to What Now Phoenix‘s request for comment.
