Life Time, a national gym brand, and its anchoring eatery, LifeCafe, are preparing to open new locations in Paradise Valley at 12800 North Tatum Boulevard and Gilbert at 1505 East Ocotillo Road.

The company’s second and third Arizona locations, following North Scottsdale, are set to open sometime in 2026, according to the company’s website. A representative from the company tells What Now Phoenix that both these Life Time locations will feature a LifeCafe, offering a menu that changes seasonally and plates piled with fresh, local produce whenever possible. Customers can expect a variety of shakes and smoothies, sandwiches and wraps, bowls and salads, and even meals to go.

Those who want a taste of this luxury gym can visit the existing location in North Scottsdale, perfectly positioned on Chauncey and 68th Street. The 110,000-square-foot gym is dedicated to healthy living and includes indoor and outdoor pools, an expansive workout floor, group fitness studios, and dedicated kids’ spaces. Life Time provides additional support to its clients not just by providing them with all of the workout equipment and classes one needs but also by providing them with essential nutrition and fuel required for growth and recovery, whether before or after a workout.

Paradise Valley and Ocotillo are just two of many new locations for Life Time. The company is embarking on an extensive expansion plan, with 20 new locations opening in the next two years, including one in San Diego. Starting with a new site in North Druid Hills, GA, on December 16 and another planned for Rosemount, MN, at the end of the year, Life Time will open nine locations next year and at least six in 2026. An additional three in development do not have any opening dates.
