Light Heart Coffee to Open Third Location

Scottsdale-based Light Heart Coffee, is expanding its footprint with the announcement of the opening of a third shop at 51 W Vaughn Avenue in Gilbert. Currently, Light Heart has two Scottsdale locations and a mobile coffee van for private events.

Scottsdale-based Light Heart Coffee, is expanding its footprint.

The shop announced on Instagram the imminent opening of a third shop at 51 W Vaughn Avenue in Gilbert. The post shows co-owners and husband and wife Moriah and Caleb Holland opening a door leading to the future home of their third location, asking their baby, “Do you like Gilbert”? This will be the third location of Light Heart, and the first outside of Scottsdale.

An additional Instagram post adds that the growing company is also seeking experienced baristas to join its newest location.

According to East Valley Now, Light Heart Coffee will take over the former Scoopwells space in Gilbert’s Heritage District. An opening date for the coffee shop has not yet been announced.

Light Heart Coffee opened its first shop in April 2022 and has two Scottsdale locations, 16 6969 E. She Boulevard and 20875 N. Pima Road. In addition, Light Heart operates the “Coffee Cart”, a custom van turned coffee shop on wheels that can be booked for private parties and events.

Light Heart is best known for its specialty coffee and matcha drinks such as the “Banana Pancakes”, made with banana, salted real maple syrup, milk, espresso or matcha, and banana chips; and the “Pecan Pie” made with housemade pecan pie syrup, mile, espresso or match, and pecans.
