Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria’s plans to take over the former Ruby Tuesday’s spot at 27 S. McClintock Drive in Tempe has been known for quite some time, but when we’ll finally get to eat there is still the biggest question on our minds. What Now Phoenix has obtained their recently issued liquor license at this address, so we’re guessing that an opening is just around the corner.

According to their website, there are already seven Arizona locations, including the carryout and delivery only operation that recently opened in Chandler. Based on our sources, we suspect that this upcoming location will be a full sit-down restaurant, much like their stores in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

From Deep Dish Malnati Chicago Classic to The Lou, you can expect every pizza to be handcrafted from scratch with the freshest and finest ingredients. Lou Malnati’s also has thin crust pizzas, gluten-free crusts, and even a crustless pizza!

There is also a hearty selection of salads, appetizers, pastas, sandwiches, and desserts to make the entire family happy. This upcoming Tempe outpost may likely also have a bar, so there will probably be a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails to complement your meal.

What Now Phoenix has reached out to representatives for Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria for details on the opening. We will update this post if we gain more information. Stay tuned.
