Mici Handcrafted Italian is finally almost ready to open their first Arizona store in Gilbert and it looks like they’ve already gotten to work on the next location. The Denver-based Italian chain is also going to be at 24750 S. Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek this summer

Franchisee Lucas Farnham is excited to introduce Mici Handcrafted Italian to the Valley. “I was drawn to the Mici Italian brand because of the genuine people, the authentic food, and the franchise’s unique position filling the void in the delivery and take out pizza market with the best customer service,” Farnham tells What Now Phoenix.

“As I’ve watched the Mici brand evolve over the years, the combination of the quality of the food and the unit level economics made me want to bring the brand to the Phoenix market.” Having signed a 30-unit deal with the brand, Farnham already has leases signed in other Arizona communities such as Buckeye, Laveen, and Vistancia.

The chain was founded by siblings Jeff, Kim, and Michael Micelli, who were granted permission to use their family recipes on the promise that they honor their traditions using only high-quality ingredients. Because of this, flavor speaks for itself in the pizzas, pastas, salads, and other delicious meals that make Mici Handcrafted Italian what it is today.

According to Queen Creek Tribune, Mici’s Queen Creek location will debut in August. For more information, visit www.miciitalian.com.
