Modern Market Eatery, a better-for-you fast casual dining brand, has expanded its franchise development opportunities with a focus on Phoenix.
Modern Market Eatery currently has three locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale and hopes to bring ten new restaurants to the Phoenix area within the next 6-7 years, according to AZ Big Media. Each eatery will bring 20-25 full-time and part-time jobs to the area. The Colorado-based company hopes to use the expansion to help its mission to make fast, healthy eating more affordable and accessible to families nationwide. There is no exact timeline for the company’s next location in Phoenix or where it will land.
When these locations open in the next few years, customers can expect scratch-made entrees made with fresh, whole, and sustainable ingredients. Some items on the menu include bowls, salads, sandwiches, and brick oven pizzas. No matter what is ordered, guests are welcome to a diverse and customizable experience. Modern Market Eatery began offering franchise opportunities in 2021 and signed its first multi-unit franchise agreement the following year to open new locations in greater Kansas City. Modern Market Eatery also recently announced plans to open nearly eight restaurants in the Tampa Bay area over the next 6-7 years.
