Morning Glory Brunchery, a beloved brunch spot offering a cozy atmosphere and a menu filled with classic breakfast and lunch dishes, is set to open a new location in Chandler at 70 E Riggs Road, Suite #1.

The company’s third location is set to be a part of a new commercial development at the Northeast corner of East Riggs Road and South Gilbert Road, according to a recent liquor license application. It’s unclear exactly when owner Eusebia Ambrocio is expected to open this new location of Morning Glory Brunchery, but this news has been circulating since April. While Ambrocio confirmed the news to What Now Phoenix, he wasn’t able to provide additional details or an official opening date. Hopefully it’s before the end of the year.

Morning Glory Brunchery offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, beverages, and a selection of alcoholic drinks. Their breakfast items feature options like breakfast burritos, omelettes, and classic dishes such as Eggs Benedict. They also serve griddle cakes, hot skillets, sandwiches, salads, and soups. Beverage choices include coffee, smoothies, juices, and sodas, as well as specialty alcoholic drinks such as Bloody Marys and mimosas. Sides such as bacon and eggs are available, as well as desserts like apple pie.

This will be an excellent location for a new Morning Glory Brunchery. The area boasts high visibility, with 27,205 cars passing daily on Arizona Avenue and 20,374 on Riggs Road. It’s adjacent to the new Lennar at Asher Pointe development, which will add over 300 upscale homes to the area. The surrounding community has a high average household income, exceeding $120,000 within a mile. Nearby attractions include the Chandler Fashion Center and Riggs Landing, which hosts popular tenants like Dunkin’ Donuts and Barro’s Pizza. This combination of traffic, demographics, and proximity to established businesses makes it an ideal location for a new business.
