Refreshing acai bowls and more are coming to Goodyear and Glendale.

Nautical Bowls, the popular concept that offers healthful bowls made with quality ingredients, is planning two locations in the near future. Franchise owner David Patalsky tells What Now Phoenix he chose a spot at Goodyear’s Ballpark Village North after seeing the plans for the multi-use space and its proximity to the town’s spring training home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds. The Goodyear location will have about 15 seats and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

A previously announced shop, located at 91st Avenue and Cardinals Way in Glendale, is expected to open July 2026. Patalsky says that due to Arizona’s summer weather, a grand opening party might be pushed until fall, but fans of acai bowls can enjoy a healthy snack. Fans of Nautical Bowls can follow the progress of both locations at @nauticalbowlswestvalley.

Minnesota-based Nautical Bowls specializes in superfood bowls that are nutrient-dense, plant-based, soy-free, and gluten-free. The bowls can be completely customized with a choice of bases like açaí, pitaya, or mango then topped with fruits, seeds, granolas, drizzles, and more — or choose from specialty bowls like the Protein Bowl with açaí, peanut butter, cacao, chia, granola, bananas, PB protein crumbles, and hemp seeds.

The brand is growing rapidly, with more than 70 locations throughout the U.S. and several other locations in the works.
