Scottsdale Bistro is coming soon to 3554 N. Goldwater Blvd. near downtown Scottsdale. The new restaurant will be an American-style diner, according to owner Sammy Papageorge, who tells What Now Phoenix that he is aiming to open this summer.
Specializing in breakfast dishes and pizza, Scottsdale Bistro will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Papageorge recently applied for the restaurant’s liquor license, so we can also expect a selection of craft beverages, beers and wines.
Papageorge hails from Chicago, where he has built a career in the restaurant industry spanning 25 years. Scottsdale Bistro will be his first venture in the Valley, where his expertise is sure to be on display with delicious eats and hospitality.
