Family-owned store Batch Cookie Shop is opening new locations this fall, according to Mouth By Southwest.
Owned by Brad Peterson, their menu includes gourmet cookies in flavors such as cookies and cream, twix caramel, m&m, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip.
What Now Phoenix previously wrote about the company’s expansion into Mesa at 5221 S Power Rd, but there are three other locations in the works as well. These are at 4764 S. Higley Rd, #105 in Gilbert, 213 N Gilbert Rd in downtown Gilbert, and 10851 E Baseline Rd, #A-102 in Mesa. Their original location is at 1495 N Higley Rd, #107 in Gilbert.
Originally slated to open in August and September, the four new locations have yet to open. There are not specific opening dates currently disclosed, but are anticipated for the coming months.
What Now Phoenix reached out to Peterson for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
