Original ChopShop, the fast-casual eatery renowned for its protein bowls, salads, fresh juices, acai, smoothies, and more, has expressed early interest in opening a new location at Four Corners in Peoria.

Although nothing has been finalized and a lease agreement has not yet been confirmed, indications suggest that active discussions are underway between the brand and the landlord, according to UpperWestSidePHX. Early reports suggest the site being considered is the newly constructed end cap just north of Lakeside Bar and Grill. The space features patio potential and matches the size and layout of other ChopShop locations.

CEO Jason Morgan told What Now Phoenix that the company is in the process of finalizing a potential location in the Four Corners area and hopes to secure the deal within the next month. If successful, the new site is expected to open by mid-2026.

Although the company has not formally announced the site, it aligns with the type of real estate they typically pursue. Four Corners already boasts an impressive lineup of tenants, including Four Corners Taphouse by Westside Concepts, Cinnabon Swirl at Sunrise Promenade, and more. This is just the beginning, as many more businesses are expected to open in the next few years.

The response from residents has already been enthusiastic. After a post about the potential move circulated among Upper West Side PHX followers, ChopShop responded directly: “We appreciate the love + support from everyone!! Adding this location to the top of our priority list!!”

Community leaders are encouraging residents to continue showing interest to demonstrate demand for this type of business. For years, local advocates have called for more health-conscious, fast-casual options on the Upper West Side. Many believe that ChopShop would be a strong addition to the neighborhood’s growing dining scene.

At this time, there is no confirmed timeline for the potential opening, and plans could still change depending on lease negotiations and other factors. However, continued support from the community could help bring this concept closer to reality. Residents are encouraged to follow updates online and show their interest as conversations continue.
