Over Easy to Debut 19th Location in North Phoenix This Weekend

Grand Opening Includes Welcome Weekend, Penny Mimosas & Kids Eat Free

Over Easy is bringing its signature blend of modern diner fare and vibrant atmosphere to North Phoenix with the opening of its 19th location this weekend. Set to open its doors on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, the new restaurant is located at 2965 W. Dove Valley Rd.

To celebrate, Over Easy will host a Welcome Weekend on Saturday, Dec. 6 and Sunday, Dec. 7, featuring penny mimosas with the purchase of an entrée (limit one per guest). Families are also invited to take advantage of a Kids Eat Free promotion, valid through the through the weekend at the new Dove Valley location. The offer is available for dine-in only, with the purchase of an adult entrée (some restrictions may apply). Phoenix Children’s will also be on-site with fun giveaways and information to support their mission.

“As Dove Valley continues to grow into one of North Phoenix’s most dynamic areas, we’re proud to plant roots here,” says Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy in a statement. “We look forward to serving this expanding community with the breakfast favorites and hospitality Over Easy is known for.”

The new restaurant designed by Scottsdale-based architecture firm, Aline Architecture Concepts, and interior designer, Social Design Studio, features a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Over Easy, known for creating energized takes on classic breakfast staples, will be serving menu favorites including Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches among other popular dishes.
