Paris Baguette is coming to Peoria.
The wildly popular bakery and cafe that offers French-inspired breads, croissants, sandwiches, and pastries is opening a shop at the North Valley Power Center at the corner of 83rd Avenue and Bell Road, according to Upper West Side PHX. The Instagram account noted that, although there’s no opening date announced, signage appears to be up.
Franchisees Sam Yoon and Thomas Park are leading the charge to expand the Paris Baguette brand throughout the Greater Phoenix area. In an article in In Business Phoenix, Yoon and Park announced their first Paris Baguette location in Phoenix with plans to open at least 10 more in the coming years.
The bakery and cafe chain was founded in South Korea in 1988. Designed to be a cozy spot for coffee and pastries, Paris Baguette adopted the motto, “joy baked into every bite”. That ethos resonated with customers and the brand took off. Currently, there are more than 4,000 locations worldwide with people clamoring for goodies like its rainbow cake, salted caramel pretzel supreme croissants, chocolate cream bread, mochi doughnuts, garlic croissants, and more.
