Peter Piper Pizza Express is coming soon to Phoenix, according to a recent building permit filed with the city. The new restaurant will be at Suite 103 on 2322 E. Thomas Road off SR 51 Piestewa Freeway. Vice President of Peter Piper Pizza Mark Eastham confirms that this location is scheduled to debut in March 2022.
Unlike most Peter Piper restaurants, which have dine-in seating and games to play, this location is meant to serve customers on the go. Most of the 1,600 square-foot space will be dedicated to the kitchen flanking a small lobby area with a bench for customers waiting on orders.
This Peter Piper Pizza will be built with efficiency in mind, much like many other major pizza chains in the nation. Customers can call in or order on the spot to have their orders ready to go and enjoyed off the premises.
