There are already over 100 Starbucks locations in Phoenix, according to Statista, and the city is about to get another. The coffee chain’s newest location will be at 3202 East Shea Boulevard, just off the 51 freeway.
At 2,400 square feet, the free-standing coffee shop will feature a drive-thru and a patio, and is situated on the corner of East Shea Boulevard and North 32nd Street, close to Shadow Mountain High School and across the street from The Gelato Spot.
We don’t know when they plan to open their doors, but the building is under construction now, so it’s fair to assume they’ll be taking students’ after-school frappuccino orders in the near future.
But even ahead of opening in the same center anchored by Bashas’, the building that will house Starbucks has been listed for sale. The asking price is $2,844,000 which includes a ten-year commitment from the coffee shop chain.
