Pickle and Social, the new concept from Competitive Social Ventures, is making its Arizona debut with a new location coming to Scottsdale.
The company’s third location will feature four outdoor and eight indoor premier pickleball courts as well as a 7,500-square-foot full-service restaurant and bar with chef-inspired meals and curated beverages, according to the company’s website. The company will also have a 2,500-square-foot Fairway Fieldhouse where guests can access four Full Swing simulators, a private bar, 3,000 square-foot green space with an ACL Cornhole Yard, yard games, an outdoor putting green, and a 30-foot outdoor live music stage.
“We couldn’t be more excited to expand Pickle and Social to one of the most dynamic markets in America,” said Neal Freeman, founder, and CEO of CSV, in a press release. “The location and its surrounding businesses are a home run for us. This venue will have a lot to offer whether you play pickleball or not. With indoor courts, indoor simulators, a full-service restaurant, and a bar, guests can play year-round.”
Slated to open in 2024, Pickle and Social Scottsdale will also have space for private events and a rooftop bar. The new location will move into The Sydney, a new $100 million project being developed on a 26-acre site on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Land near 90th Street and the Loop 101 freeway. Other tenants joining Pickle and Social at The Sydney include Reverb by Hard Rock, The Rustic, and Goodsurf. CSV is working on new Pickel and Social locations in Georgia, including one in Buford, scheduled to open in the summer of 2023, and one in downtown Alpharetta, expected to open in late 2023.
