While still under construction, En Fuego is divvying up space in the development’s many shop spaces. Shops G, a 7,200 square foot building at the NWC 91st & Glendale Ave will soon have three new tenants. Barro’s Pizza and Burros & Fries will each occupy the space. And the newest member, Myungrang Hotdogs, signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to take over the building’s 1,200 square foot inline space.
Our lease intel further suggests the hotdog joint will take over the space’s lease next month.
Haven’t happened upon a Myungrang hotdog yet? Here’s what you need to know.
The franchise serves up a wide variety of crispy dogs, from the Original, to the potato, to the mozz and sausage dog. The Rice Cake Hotdog is actually sans sausage and instead is stuffed with a chewy Korean rice cake. The Squid Ink Hotdog offers a squid ink wrapping for the mozz and sausage inside. In addition to your hotdogs, you can select from a range of dipping sauces. Myungrang’s website even advises on the best pairings.
Although we haven’t been able to confirm an opening timeline, we can say the hotdog stand will be in great company. En Fuego is happily situated directly across from Glendale’s Entertainment District and is in close proximity to multi-family developments, residential developments, and the newly constructed Desert Diamond Casino.
