Tiger Woods‘ fast-growing mini golf course/ dining experience PopStroke is getting ready to open its doors in Scottsdale, located at 9245 E Hummingbird Lane.

The company expects to open the new location near The Pavilions at Talking Stick Shopping Center in early Fall 2023, according to ABC15. The new PopStroke will have the same experience as the sites at Westgate Entertainment District, except it will be much larger. Customers can expect two 18-hole courses, including a 37th “challenge hole,” entirely with synthetic turfs, incorporating fairways, bunkers, and rough, as well as a full-service restaurant, private event space, on-course drink service, and plenty of TVs.

“Our Scottsdale location is a bigger golf property. So, there’s more acreage there. So, it’s a beautiful course,” Cory Lehrman, the regional operations manager, tells ABC15. [We’ll have a] longer building layout, we’ll have kind of a separate event building for private events, kind of a cool food truck atmosphere over there. And then just that…large golf course layout. As far as the restaurant, we’re very big on our app and our mobile technology. So, it’s full mobile ordering within the restaurant. When you’re on the golf course, you can order drinks or run them out to you as loyalty points within the app.”

This is just the first of many for PopStroke, as the company is already looking forward with plans to open a new location in Gilbert in a few years. Lehrman tells ABC15 that with the state’s population, the company is confident that Arizona can hold “multiple” PopStroke venues. Earlier this year, the company announced new locations are under construction in Delray Beach and Tuscaloosa in Florida, as well as in Las Vegas, all of which are expected to open by the end of the year.

“Probably a couple of years from now, we’ll be in Gilbert as well,” Lehrman said. “So, we’re going to try to be anchored within the West, Central, and East Valley, and who knows, maybe more from there. We’re excited to expand more to the East Valley. Right now, in Glendale, we have people coming from the Far East from all the way to AJ to Queen Creek to Gilbert driving all the way to Glendale, just to check it out, which is amazing. And now they’ll have someplace a lot closer for them to stop at.”
