Over Easy Grand Opening in Buckeye
Over Easy is set to open its newest outpost in Buckeye. Located at 1045 N. Verrado Way, the grand opening event is scheduled for August 9. The beloved breakfast concept offers a modern take on classic morning fare in a vibrant setting.
Opening weekend festivities will include penny mimosas with the purchase of an entrée. This is limited to one per person. Families can enjoy the Kids Eat Free promotion, valid through the weekend. The offer is available for dine-in guests only with the purchase of an adult entrée.

Design Details at the Buckeye Location
The latest venture introduces a refreshed take on interiors, much like other Over Easy locations. Designed in collaboration with Scottsdale-based architecture firm Aline Architecture Concepts and interior designer Social Design Studio, the Buckeye restaurant features a main dining room, bar, and patio.
The space is designed to serve guests daily for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Over Easy has earned national recognition for its modern décor and hospitality, including features on Food Network and in Bon Appétit.
Food Network, “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives”; in Bon Appétit Magazine; and America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants by Travel + Leisure are some of its most memorable features to date.
Planned Expansion
Over Easy currently operates 18 locations, with additional openings on the horizon. Later this fall, the brand will open another location in North Phoenix (I-17 & Dove Valley).
