The popular restaurant and wine bar will at the development, specifically at Bullard Avenue and McDowell Road, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. A timeline for opening has not been announced yet.  GSQ is fast becoming one of the valley’s most significant shopping and dining destinations with Trader Joe’s First Watch, and Dave’s Hot Chicken already open and other tenants like Fogo de Chão, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, and Black Rock Coffee Bar moving in.

Postino Wine Cafe was co-founded by Lauren Bailey and Craig DeMarco. They named the restaurant “Postino” after choosing a former post office space for their first location. The cafe has quickly grown and now has nearly 30 locations throughout seven states.

Postino offers a curated selection of wines — with glasses available for $6 until 5 p.m. daily. The restaurant is also known for its bruschetta boards and a flexible monthly bottle club that allows members to choose the number of wines they want to receive.
