As many of you may know, Press Coffee in Downtown Ocotillo has been replaced by the upcoming Bottle & Bean. Thankfully, the Arizona coffee purveyors couldn’t be ousted out of Chandler for long. A recent permit found in city public records reveals that they are planning to take over a former Starbucks location at 2985 S. Alma School Road

Founder Stephen Kraus confirmed the move with What Now Phoenix, adding that while there is no set opening date at this time, they expect to be open this spring. “We look forward to returning to the area at our new location and are very excited to serve Chandler again!” he says.

Kraus and his wife Tram Mai founded Press Coffee in 2008 out of a passion for great coffee. Not finding any place in Arizona that served the quality they sought, the husband and wife team decided to create their own specialty coffee shop, sourcing the best possible product, using state-of-the-art equipment, and working with a team of folks who shared their passion for amazing coffee.

With over a decade of success under their belts, Press Coffee has become a staple destination for Valley coffee enthusiasts and is nationally recognized for their product. They currently have eight locations in Phoenix, Gilbert, Tempe and Scottsdale, plus this upcoming Chandler location and an outpost at the future Axis Raintree office building in Scottsdale.

While these locations are truly where you can get the full Press Coffee experience, the company also supplies multiple restaurants, hotels, and offices throughout Arizona. For more information, visit presscoffee.com.
