Provision has made a name for itself from its current outpost near Arcadia and it’s about time that the shop opened a second location. The addition is currently underway at 711 E. Missouri Ave. in Uptown Phoenix but according to previous reports, it’s looking like we won’t see an opening until 2022.
Provision is known for refining the Phoenix beverage scene, putting an intense amount of thought into where every ingredient and product on their menu is sourced. Serving small plates alongside their full cocktail and coffee bars, Provision has become a go-to hangout of the Instagrammer’s dreams.
“We are taking the same concept from Arcadia to this new location with plans to expand our food program, since that was one of our biggest requests,” co-founder Daniel Suh says.
The new space is outfitted with a 700 square-foot kitchen, which means Provision will be able to serve bigger plates to their customers. Plans for their second location show that the space is bigger and better, with sleek design and dedicated spaces for ordering coffee and cocktails.
On top of supply chain congestion delaying delivery for the second location’s basic necessities, they are also seeing a labor shortage. In the meantime, a Mainvest campaign has helped move progress along while the second location is under construction. For more information, visit www.provisioncoffee.com.
