Fast food chain, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, is currently under construction for its new Peoria location in the upcoming Shops of Lake Pleasant at the corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road.
Shops of Lake Pleasant began construction in Fall 2022 with plans to open in Fall 2023, according to Vestar, the company leasing the development. It states also that the leasable space of the shopping center will be 58,000 square feet and will be taken up by six various businesses, including Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.
The company, which operates 29 locations throughout the metro Phoenix area, also recently filed a building permit application for a Mesa location, at 1502 S Signal Butte Road. It’s unclear when the new outposts will open, however. Reps for the chain were not immediately available for comment Thursday.
“One Dream, One Love,” the Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers’ website states about serving “only the most craveable chicken finger meals.” Its online menu offers combo and tailgate options that include their chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, sandwiches, and cane’s sauce. When they aren’t serving up meals, they’re supporting over 30,000 local organizations, according to their website.
